Novelle Medical Aesthetics Ltd is the data controller for novellemedical.com and for our clinic records. We collect the details you give us when booking or enquiring (name, contact details, and, as a healthcare provider, relevant medical information taken at consultation).

Clinical records, including photographs, are kept securely for a minimum of three years as a condition of our insurance and professional standards, and are never shared for marketing. We use your contact details to manage appointments and, only with your consent, to send occasional Novelle news; you can withdraw consent at any time.
