Your questions.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment gives us time to talk about what has brought you to Novelle and what you’d like to achieve. You don’t need to know which treatment you want before you arrive. We’ll talk through the options, answer your questions and give you our advice.
There’s no pressure to decide or have treatment on the day.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
You don’t need to. That’s something we can work through together. Tell us what you’ve noticed or what you’d like to improve and we’ll explain what may be suitable.
If we don’t think you need a particular treatment, we’ll tell you.

What can I expect from my results?
We take a careful approach to treatment and will always talk to you beforehand about what can realistically be achieved.
Our preference is for results that feel natural and right for you.

Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?
This will depend on the treatment you’re having. We’ll let you know beforehand if there’s anything you need to avoid or do differently, so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Will I need any downtime?
This depends on the treatment. Some require very little downtime, while others can involve temporary redness, swelling or bruising.
We’ll explain this properly before treatment so you can decide what works around your plans.

Will I know the cost before I decide?
Yes. Our treatment prices are available on the website and we’ll always make sure you understand the cost before you decide to go ahead.
If there’s more than one treatment option that might be suitable, we’ll talk you through those and the costs involved during your consultation.
We also work with Klarna to offer payment options for clients who would prefer to spread the cost of their treatment. If that’s something you’d like to explore, just ask and we can explain the options available.

Can I come back for a review?
Absolutely.
Depending on your treatment, we may encourage you to come back after around two weeks so we can see how everything has settled.
There’s no obligation if you’re completely happy and don’t feel you need to, but if you’d like us to take a look or have any questions, we’ll always be happy to see you.

Please get in touch with us.
We’ll make sure you know what to expect before you leave the clinic, but if something doesn’t feel right afterwards or you simply want some reassurance, we’d always rather you contacted us.

Do you treat men?
Yes. Our treatments are available to both men and women and are always considered around the individual.
Can I book a consultation without committing to treatment?
Yes. A consultation is simply an opportunity to talk. You can ask questions, understand your options and then take as much time as you need to decide whether you’d like to go ahead.
