Novelle was established by Tegan Fleming, our Founder, Registered Adult Nurse and Advanced Practitioner.
Having worked in aesthetics for several years, Tegan had a clear idea of the kind of clinic she wanted to create.
For her, it was always about keeping things personal. Having enough time with each client, listening to what matters to them and building the kind of relationship where recommendations can be made thoughtfully and with a real understanding of the individual.

That idea became Novelle.
Tegan chose the name because of its connection with the idea of something new. With roots in the Latin novus, meaning “new”, and influences from words associated with newness and renewal, Novelle felt right for what she wanted the clinic to represent.
Not a new you, or changing the person you are. Something much more subtle than that.
That philosophy shapes the approach at Novelle: natural enhancement, individuality and confidence, with treatments considered around you rather than a particular look or trend.
Tegan deliberately chose a setting away from the high street. Just outside Wetherby, surrounded by open countryside, the clinic feels private and removed from the everyday pace of town. You can drive straight to us, park for free outside and come and go discreetly.
That sense of privacy and calm carries through everything we do. From the way appointments are booked and the time we allow for them, to the treatments we offer and the products we choose to use, every detail has been considered.
For Tegan, Novelle is about building long-term relationships with clients who value continuity, knowing they’ll be looked after by someone who knows them and understands the results they’re looking for.
Keeping things natural
Most of our clients don’t want to look different. They simply want to feel a little better about something that has been bothering them, or perhaps look a little fresher.
That’s very much how Tegan approaches treatment.
We prefer to be cautious, particularly when we’re getting to know you. We can always do a little more, but we never want you to feel we’ve gone too far.
The important thing is that you still look like you.
Your appointment
We keep our appointments relaxed and allow enough time so that you never feel rushed.
You can ask as many questions as you like and we’ll explain everything properly before you make a decision.
Some clients know exactly what they want when they arrive. Others aren’t sure at all. Either is completely fine.
How we work
Every appointment starts with a conversation.
We’ll ask what you’d like to change, if anything, and talk through the options that might be suitable for you. We’ll explain what each treatment involves, what you can realistically expect and anything you need to consider before going ahead.
If we think a treatment would suit you, we’ll tell you why. If we think there’s a better option, we’ll suggest it. And if we don’t think you need treatment, we’re quite happy to say that too.
We want you to leave feeling that you’ve had good, honest advice, whether you decide to have treatment or not.
If you do go ahead, we’ll take a careful approach and make sure the result feels right for you.
