Terms and conditions.

Consultations are £30, redeemable against treatment, and require 24 hours' notice to cancel or move; late cancellations forfeit the fee. Treatment appointments require 48 hours' notice; late cancellation may incur a fee of £30.

Prices are confirmed in writing at consultation and may change at our published annual review; treatment is always subject to clinical suitability, and we reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not in your interest. Prescription medicines are prescribed only after face-to-face assessment and are never discounted.

All treatments include the aftercare and review stated on their page. Gift cards and Founding privileges have no cash value. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
